The BRRP began
as a series of sessions at the meetings of the
World Congress of the Czechoslovak Society of Arts and Sciences in 1994,
1996, and 1998. Since then, the BRRP has met in Prague as an independent conference
every second year. Invited scholars from around the world have delivered papers
on a wide range of topics related to religion in Bohemia from the 14th to
the 17th centuries.
Its founders and organizers, Zdenek V. David and David R. Holeton, have overseen the publication of the conference proceedings, for which Dr. David has also translated the Czech papers into English.
